KCIST organizes in cooperation with the High Performance Humanoid Technologies Lab (H²T) at the Institute for Anthropomatics and Robotics the following school activities:

BOGY Internships

BOGY (German: Berufs- und Studienorientierung an Gymnasien) internships are compulsory for school students in Gymnasien in Baden-Württemberg. We offer one-week BOGY internships for groups of school students in the field of robotics. They take place at KIT, Institute of Anthropomatics and Robotics, High Performance Humanoid Technologies Lab.

Science Camp Robotics

School students from grade 7 to 10 can experience a one-week full-immersion in robotics at the High Performance Humanoid Technologies Lab

The student activities are supported by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science, Research and Art (MWK) with funds from the state digitization strategy digital@bw as part of the real-world lab "Robotic Artificial Intelligence" and by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and by the MWK as part of the federal and state government's excellence strategy.
